There are two main different branches of acupuncture; Traditional Chinese Acupuncture (TCM), and Western Medical Acupuncture (also known as ‘dry needling’). TCM is based on a very different way of looking at the body and the imbalances of “Qi” (energy) that lead to poor health or pain and is a ‘complete alternative system’.

Theresa practices Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, which she uses to help a wide variety of conditions.
